This year the Axe Vale Show is celebrating its 25th anniversary.

Join our team on both days. Woodworker and Axminster Skill Centre tutor Jason Breach will be woodturning. Jason is also well known on the international woodturning scene. He will not only demonstrate his skills but also give tips and advice on woodturning techniques.

Matt McAuley, deputy manager from our Axminster store, will be taking care of pyrography, so why not take a turn at this unusual craft under Matt's supervision. Jack Price, also from our Axminster store, will be woodcarving. Again, folks can have a go under Jack's guidance. And, if you are looking to purchase something, simply pop along to our Axminster store which is literally just down the road. It will be open on the Saturday from 9am till 5pm.

The organisers of the Axe Vale Show say there is something for everyone. This year, if you are a keen gardener, you won't want to miss Anne Swithinbank's talk on Saturday 22nd June. Anne lives in East Devon. She is a horticulturist, writer and broadcaster, and a regular panellist on Radio 4's Gardener's Question Time.

This is a great show for crafters, foodies, animal lovers and more besides. For full details about what's on, please visit the Axe Vale Show's website.
