Hello 🙂 I came in yesterday and after spending ages browsing and contemplating, I went to the till with a few items. Jade served me and asked if I had got everything that I was after, I mentioned I was thinking about pen turning but wasn’t sure where to start. She took me over to the pens and showed me everything I would need and how it all fits on the lathe etc. I wasn’t sure which MT size I needed and she wasted no time looking up my make and model trying to find out. I went with the MT2 which fits beautifully and I’m chuffed to bits with it. She gave me the best service I have ever had in any shop!!! pay rise for that lady!!! 😀 I will be coming again, it was well worth the 90 minute journey. Thank you so much, very happy customer
